Avid coffee drinker and renowned chef, Jamie Watt, has spent decades in the restaurant industry where sourcing and serving top quality coffee has been a mainstay. But frequent inconsistencies in flavour profiles despite buying top quality led him to find a coffee supplier that could not only better control the quality, but speak to fair trade principles.
Smaller, family owned farms where the coffee was grown,
roasted and supplied to the market was the answer.
